My name is Frida and I am an energy healer from Sweden. I work with those who are ready to begin their healing journey for trauma, shadows, pain and many other low vibrational emotions and traumas. I work with the physical body for disease, illness, pain, as well as mental health.
But I also work with your energybody and the blockages you have there. This can be fear, sadness, past life issues, emotions and other blockages that show up.

I have suffered with chronic pain most of my life. Not many people know about this, or see it. I've tried everything the medical institution has to offer and nothing has helped. I've even tried different kind of alternative medicines but still my life was the same - in constant pain.
The real journey started when I came across Reiki. I got so interested that I decided to learn it myself and so I did. But through that journey I found my mentor who I took healing sessions with and when I was healed enough to start my own work, I learned from her how to open myself up and start to heal others. Everything has a reason, a season and a meaning. But I know that I am here on this earth to help heal people and to spread love and light.
